Job Well Done!

I would like to take a moment to convey my appreciation for a job well done for Dial One’s recent installation of my garage door. I delt with several people throughout the process. First the sales rep on the phone, then a different sales rep when I visited the showroom, then the person who scheduled the job, the first installer, and finally the last service technician. Everyone acted as a team. Some facts to note. When scheduling, Dial One re-arranged their schedule to work best with mine when I requested a change at the last minute. Since my concrete was unlevel, the garage door needed a larger gasket on the bottom. This was taken care of just a couple of days later. Also, I was expecting the digital controller but received a non-digital one. This was something I needed for the motion sensor. I was very pleased that Dial One did not up-charge me to swap it. Dial One stepped up to the plate every step of the way and I wanted to make sure you know that there are people like me who understand that Dial One went above and beyond for the client.
